The Service Provider will be appointed as an Enumerator/Data Entry Operator and will be responsible for the accurate and unbiased collection of data and reporting on fieldwork challenges for the duration of this contract. The Service Provider will report to his/her Field Supervisor. The Service Provider will complete 12 successful interviews per day. In the event you are not able to complete assigned interviews per day you will compensate the missing interview in the following days, as per the Field Plan. All forms of remuneration will be based on the performance of the Service Provider during the days of fieldwork. Respect the daily field coordination plan and will use correct procedures for selecting the sample respondents and will ensure to obtain consent from the respondents to be interviewed. Report to the Field Team Leader at the end of the day and update him/her on the number of interviews completed, replacements, and challenges faced during the debrief session. Will ensure to collection of paper-based data on the developed quantitative tool. During the provision of the services, you shall be bound to maintain confidentiality during your services.
